WARRANTY:

Blast LED offers a 1-year replacement warranty on all underwater and drain plug lights. If underwater/drain plug lights go bad within the warranty period, contact us at help@BlastLED.com along with photos of the defective item and we will direct you with the process for warranty claim. Please make sure to provide Order Number, and/or Full Name used during purchase to help us expedite your warranty claim.

Based on claim information, Blast LED may require the customer to ship the defective product back to the return address provided below at their own cost for warranty inspection and testing. Blast LED does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the inspection process is complete. Customer must, first contact us at help@BlastLED.com to identify eligibility for warranty replacement and obtain a RMA# before shipping the item back for further inspection .

This warranty is voided if after claim analysis, Blast LED finds that the product is used or installed against the recommended use or if the product has been modified in any way. Blast LED does not take responsibility for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Blast LED including labor or product coverage. Under warranty, Blast LED will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from Blast LED, once we have verified that the product is faulty and we have confirmed that the part is within the warranty period.

Customer will pay nominal shipping cost for replacement lights.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT PRODUCTS:

If the item you received was defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at help@BlastLED.com along with photos of the defective item within 14 days of delivery date. We will send you the replacement product at our cost and a pre-paid return shipping label, if needed to return the defective/incorrect item.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process replacement orders.

Products must be returned to Blast LED at the address provided below within 30 days of the original delivery date.

RETURNS & EXHANGES:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Underwater Lights and Drain Plug Lights are accepted for return/exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery at the buyers shipping expense.

EXHANGES: The returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected. Returned products not meeting the above condition may be subject to refusal or restocking fees at BLASTLED discretion. Blast LED holds the right to deny the return/exchange if the product is found altered upon inspection.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to any item accepted for return/exchange. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are for price of product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that items that have been used and/or altered for installation are NOT exchangeable. Customer must, first contact us at help@BlastLED.com within 14 days of delivery date to identify eligibility for exchange.

Customer will pay shipping for both return/ re-ship during exchange.
