RETURNS & EXHANGES:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Go Kart parts may be  accepted for return/exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery at the buyers shipping expense.

The returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected. Returned products not meeting the above condition may be subject to refusal or restocking fees at BLASTLED discretion. Blast LED holds the right to deny the return/exchange if the product is found altered upon inspection.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any item accepted for return/exchange. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are for price of product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that items that have been used and/or altered for installation are NOT returnable/exchangeable. Customer must, first contact us at help@BlastLED.com within 14 days of delivery date to identify eligibility for return/exchange.

Customer will pay shipping for both return/ re-ship during exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and restocking fees on Go Kart parts canceled, refused or returned after they are shipped.

LIABILITY:

Accessories, parts and products ordered from Blast LED should be installed and/or used by persons who are familiar with mechanical parts and their proper use, installation, assembly and operation. Customer assumes all responsibility for setup and maintaining products and/or equipment in safe operating condition. Blast LED shall not be liable for any consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the products or the performance of the products we sell.

Blast LED does not hold any responsibility for items lost/damaged during return shipping. We recommend that customer use a tracked shipping service for the return package for proof of confirmed delivery.
