Blast LED offers a 1-year hassle-free replacement warranty on all LED strips. If, for any reason, LED strips go bad within a year of your purchase, email us at help@BlastLED.com along with photos of the defective item and we will send you a replacement. Please make sure to provide Order Number, and/or Full Name used during purchase to help us expedite your warranty claim.
Customer will pay calculated USPS First Class shipping cost for replacement strips.
This warranty is void if after claim analysis, Blast LED finds that the product is used or installed against the recommended use or if the product has been modified in any way. Blast LED does not take responsibility for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Blast LED including labor or product coverage. Under warranty, Blast LED will only replace the defective product that was purchased from Blast LED, once we have verified that the product is faulty and we have confirmed that the part is within the warranty period. Customer DO NOT need to ship back the warranty items as long as the customer can provide photos of the product for the proof of defect.
If the item you received was defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at help@BlastLED.com along with photos of the defective item within 14 days of delivery date. We will send you the replacement product at our cost and a pre-paid return shipping label, if needed to return the defective/incorrect item.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process replacement orders.
Products must be returned to Blast LED at the address provided below within 30 days of the original delivery date.
LED rings CANNOT be accepted for returns due to the customized nature of the product size and/or color.
EXHANGES: Blast LED may accept exchanges on LED rings, ONLY IF the product model chosen at the time of purchase was wrong. Please note that items altered for installation are NOT exchangeable. Customer must, first contact us at help@BlastLED.com within 14 days of delivery date to identify eligibility for exchange. .
Customer will pay shipping for both return/ re-ship during exchange. The returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. Blast LED holds the right to deny the return for exchange if the product is found altered upon inspection.
